Your gear should meet the same standard.

That said, if your IRONBACKPACK doesn’t fit your workflow, training setup, or daily loadout — we provide a clear return process.

🎯 30-DAY RETURN GUARANTEE

If you are not satisfied with your gear, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is confirmed to be defective.

📦 HOW TO START A RETURN

To initiate a return request:

  1. Email support@ironbackpack.com

  2. Use subject line: [Return Request]

  3. Include:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos of the product

    • A short explanation of the return reason

Please ensure the return package includes:

• The backpack
• All accessories
• Any free gifts or bonus items included in the order

Incomplete returns may not be eligible for a refund.

⏱ REFUND PROCESS

Once the returned item arrives at our facility, our team will inspect it.

If approved:

• Refunds are processed within 2–5 business days
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method

⚠ RETURN PROCESSING FEE

Because international logistics and fulfillment costs are involved, a 30% processing deduction will be applied to the total order value (excluding taxes).

This fee covers:

• logistics handling
• inspection
• original shipping costs
• restocking

Example

If your order value was $99, the refund issued would be:

$69.30 after return processing

🔁 EXCHANGES

We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

To request an exchange:

Email support@ironbackpack.com with:

• your order number
• clear product photos
• description of the issue

The product must be returned in original condition, including all accessories or bonus items.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a replacement shipment will be processed.

Replacement shipping timeline:
Up to 7 business days after approval.

💳 EXCHANGE PROCESSING FEE

A 30% exchange fee will apply to cover:

• inspection
• logistics handling
• replacement shipping

If the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing defect, this fee may be waived.

🚫 ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders may be cancelled within 4 hours after purchase.

To request cancellation:

Subject line: Order Cancellation

Include your order number.

If the request is received before the order enters fulfillment, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 2–5 business days, depending on your bank.

Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

⏳ LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If your refund has not appeared yet:

• Check with your bank or card provider
• Processing delays may take several business days depending on the payment provider
